Mike Glauser
Mike has extensive experience as a successful entrepreneur, business consultant and university professor. He is the founder and former chairman of Golden Swirl Management Company, and a founder of Northern Lights. Both companies were sold to CoolBrands International, a world leader in the frozen dessert industry. Mike has consulted with numerous corporations in the areas of business strategy, market research, organizational effectiveness and leadership development. His clients have included Associated Food Stores, The Boeing Company, Clinical Innovations, Department of Workforce Services, Esso of Inter-America, Harmon Music Group, Saudi Consolidated Services, and USANA Health Sciences.
Mike has held faculty positions at the University of North Carolina and the University of Petroleum & Minerals in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He has designed and taught courses in business strategy, entrepreneurship, management and organizational behavior. Mike has published numerous articles in professional journals and magazines, and published two books on entrepreneurship: Glorious Accidents and The Business of Heart. He has appeared on Great Day America, First Business from Washington, The G. Gordon Liddy Show, Voice of America, Good Morning Chicago, and Associated Press Radio.
Shawn Sadowski
Shawn Sadowski is the co-founder of My New Enterprise and the founder of two start-up companies in the Transportation and Logistics Industry. His first company was a technology service provider to the small-pack freight industry. His company provided automated accounting and auditing services to high-volume users of FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Shawn’s second company provides transportation consulting, freight brokering, and supply-chain optimization services to small to mid-cap companies all across North America. Shawn has directed business plan competitions and advised countless graduate business students on launching and growing successful ventures. He has consulted with numerous small businesses to create strategic execution plans for business expansion and growth. Shawn has met with and interviewed highly successful entrepreneurs all across America and has a unique perspective on the attributes of successful business builders. He is deeply passionate about helping aspiring entrepreneurs build thriving companies. Shawn received a BS in Accounting and a MBA from Westminster College.
Jay Glauser
Jay is the creative director and videographer for My New Enterprise. He has extensive experience producing and editing short films and documentaries. He creates the videos of our featured entrepreneurs and mentors, and the videos for our training programs. Jay also has broad experience with entrepreneurial ventures in the music industry. He is a founding member of two national touring bands. He has planned, promoted and managed hundreds of concerts and events through the United States. He has extensive experience with social media, street teams, radio and print media. He has created, marketed and sold thousands of units of event-related merchandise. Jay received a degree in communication from the University of Utah.
